Real Estate... quite certain appears in my DNA.
My passion for real estate began as a child, watching my parents invest in real estate with a humble start and hard work.
Actually, they bought their first rental property before purchasing their first home. My Dad said he wanted their money
to work for them and the income from their rental property could soon pay for their home and so the journey began.
Mom and Dad are still the hardest working team I know. Still buying and selling real estate, chances are if you are in an
Idaho Treasure Valley Home Depot you just might run into them buying supplies.
Now you know how my real estate interest began, but why my passion? Real estate can change lives, both personally
and financially. Our homes serve us well, they are often our refuge and host to many of our dearest memories.
Financially, our homes are likely our largest single asset, therefore, Buying and Selling our home is a serious business
decision and transaction.

Change is the law of life. We buy and sell homes when a life transition occurs. Our first home, starting a family, empty-
nest, career change, retirement, investment, adventure of relocating, etc.

Real estate transactions have many moving parts and life transitions inherently have some level of stress. My goal is to
alleviate as much stress as possible for my clients and provide a professional and a quality customer experience.
I work to understand my client’s needs, be available when they need me, work fiercely and tirelessly for their best
interest and establishing effective communication with my clients from the start is essential to achieve their goals. Many
of my client’s are out of state and we are able to work remotely for seamless and successful transactions.
Who are my clients? Local and out-of-state home Buyers and Sellers; first-time Buyer and Sellers; Investors (1031
Exchanges); referrals and repeat clients. Also, folks not ready to Buy or Sell, but just have real estate questions or just
fact-finding to explore their options.
My passion apart from Real Estate is time with family, friends, country drives in our old school classic cars and
promoting kindness supporting local organizations and bullying prevention programs.
